About the Departments


The Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) Fund Management and Development Departments specializes in working with for-profit and nonprofit developers, public housing authorities, community action agencies, community development organizations and others wanting to construct, rehabilitate and preserve affordable housing, most often utilizing the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC).

The OCCH Development staff offers our development partners a comprehensive perspective on LIHTC laws and regulations, as well as other federal, state and private funding programs. We strive to help create strong development teams who we will work with through the entire development process, from project concept to solidifying financial sources through construction management to lease-up.

The Fund Management staff underwrites all potential investments. The staff performs financial analysis, manages fund investments, and works with investors to ensure strong project performance.
