 Ms. Robinson joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in 2007 as an Assistant Asset Manager. She currently serves in the role of Compliance Specialist. Her responsibilities include conducting file reviews for compliance and completing the pre-approval process for new move-ins for projects that are in lease-up. Prior to joining OCCH, Ms. Robinson was employed with Sawmill Road Management Company and served as the Regional Manager/Training Specialist. She was responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 15 LIHTC properties, property management operations, and employee training and compliance.
