 Ms. Rausch joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in 2007 and currently serves as an Assistant Asset Manager. In this capacity, she is responsible for assisting the Asset Management Department with the completion of site audits, reviewing initial tenant files, assisting with site orientation, and due diligence visits. Ms. Rausch also maintains a small portfolio of affordable housing projects. Prior to joining OCCH, Ms. Rausch managed human resource functions at both Ohio State University and the University of MN. She holds a degree in Business Management.
