Chairperson
Ms. Peterson is Senior Vice President and Director of Housing and Community Investment at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. She also serves as the Community Investment Officer for the Fifth Federal Home Loan Bank District. In this capacity she directs affordable housing and economic development programs for the district which encompasses over 740 financial institutions in Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee and their non-profit partners. Ms. Peterson also serves on the boards of the Foundations Associates, the Ohio Housing Council, the Appalachia Service Project, St. Thomas Housing Corporation, and the Advisory Boards of the Corporation for Supportive Housing Ohio and Southern Appalachia Fund. She also serves on the Women Build Steering Council of Habitat for Humanity International.

Mr. Appleton is the Director of East Akron Neighborhood Development Corporation, a successful nonprofit development corporation that is working to revitalize the east Akron neighborhood. He has experience in tax credit development, home ownership, and commercial retail development; both rehabilitation and new construction.

Mr. Dyer is a former Vice President for Mortgage and Real Estate at The Midland Life Insurance Company, and is a former President of the Board of Columbus Neighborhood Housing Services Development Corporation.

Mr. Grier is a former Chief Counsel to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where he oversaw and supervised the legal function of the Department with respect to all grant within the state of Ohio and various cities within the state.

Mr. Lee directs the Public Finance operation of JPMorgan Chase in Ohio. Mr. Lee has over 40 years of management experience in public and project finance. He has financed affordable housing developments throughout the U.S. Mr. Lee served on the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Historical Society for nine years.

Vice Chair, Ohio Capital Corporation Board
Mr. Slane is the founder of the Slane Company which developed 90 shopping centers and related commercial buildings in twelve states. The company also owns and operates five other companies in telecommunications, waste, lumber and ethanol with offices and operations around the world. Mr. Slane is the former Chairman of the Ohio State University Board of Trustees and the former Chairman of the University Hospital Board of Trustees. He currently serves on the board of HBNA Financial Corporation in Pickerington, Ohio.

Executive Director and CEO, Community Housing Network, Inc.
Ms. Weaver is Executive Director and founder of Community Housing Network (CHN), a non-profit corporation, which has developed, owns and/or manages over 1200 scattered-site supported housing units rented to people with mental illness, addiction disorders or histories of homelessness. CHN has a 20-year track record of successfully providing specialized tenant-centered property management services and rent subsidies. CHN works with many different service providers to assure its tenants are linked to essential individualized supportive services.
The agency is the primary provider of supportive housing for the Alcohol Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board of Franklin County and is a partnering agency of the Community Shelter Board in the nationally recognized Rebuilding Lives program aimed at ending chronic homelessness in Columbus and Franklin County, Ohio.
Ms. Weaver is the former manager of assisted housing programs for the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission. She is a Member of the board of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, The Joint Columbus Franklin County Housing Advisory Board, Franklin County Community Development Advisory Committee and The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati Affordable Housing Advisory Council. She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Purdue University and has worked in the field of affordable housing for over 30 years.

Dr. Weiler serves as chairman of the board for The Robert Weiler Company, a developer of subdivisions, apartments, offices and industrial complexes in central Ohio. Prior to that, he served as an adjunct professor at The Ohio State University, Franklin University and Capital University Law and Graduate School. With both his MAI and SREA designations, Dr. Weiler has served as chapter president of both organizations, now known as the Appraisal Institute. He is a past president of the Columbus Board of Realtors, member of the Society of Real Estate Counselors and served as a Director of the National Association of Realtors.
