The Fund Management department handles the structuring and management of the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing OEF funds. The Fund Management department structures a separate benefits schedule for each fund which project the Internal Rate of Return and benefits "sold" to our equity investors for each particular fund. Currently the stable of fourteen (14) funds total over $1 billion in raised equity dollars. The Fund Management department also oversees the equity investments of our fourteen (14) funds into more than 300 projects through our investment review process which consists of a Launch, Internal Investment Committee, Technical Review and finally approval by the OEF Board.
