For more than 20 years, the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) has raised both awareness and funding to drive the creation and preservation of affordable housing throughout Ohio. Since its inception, OCCH has attracted over $1.5 billion from corporate community minded investors to assist the development of aver 20,000 housing units. These dollars have been used in communities throughout Ohio and Kentucky to build new rental housing developments, rehabilitate older housing, create single-family homes, and turn empty, historic buildings into convenient downtown living.
OCCH is a significant contributor in Ohio's affordable housing production. A major player in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, OCCH has the experience and financial strength and capacity to help shape Ohio's affordable housing climate for tomorrow.
