New Leadership at Community Properties of Ohio Management Services (CPO)
January 31, 2017 - Isabel Toth, the founding president of Community Properties of Ohio Management Services, OCCH’s affiliated property management company, recently announced her retirement after 17 years at OCCH and CPO. Chad Ketler, CPO’s Chief Operating Officer who has been with CPO since its inception in 2003, will become President of CPO as well as CPO’s supportive services subsidiary, CPO Impact. Isabel came to OCCH as Chief of Asset Management in 2000 after 22 years at National Church Residences as one of that national leader’s first three employees. When OCCH created CPO to undertake the renovation of over 200 buildings with over 1,000 units in Columbus, Isabel moved to that organization to spearhead the effort. She will leave CPO at the end of March but continue to support the organization as a consultant.
Chad has been leading the day- to- day operations of CPO for several years and is well prepared to take charge of the organization. Chad is a recognized leader in the affordable housing industry in Ohio, and is the current President of MAHMA, Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association. Chad and Isabel have made substantial investments in the leadership team at CPO over the last year in anticipation of this transition, resulting in the continued strength of leadership in both CPO and CPO Impact.
