Annual CHAM Conference in Denver, Colorado was a Success

OCCH was proud to serve as the lead sponsor for a nationally-recognized asset management conference sponsored by CHAM – the Consortium for Housing and Asset Management – in Denver, CO on June 26th-28th.  300+ participants from 39 states representing 160+ organizations attended this important event where emerging issues within the asset management domain were discussed.  Ohio was well represented with 13 Ohio-based organizations in attendance.

19 sessions were offered encompassing a wide range of topics.  A sampling of topics included: Building better partnership agreements; methods to mitigate risk; long-range capital needs planning and strategies to bolster NOI. 

The role of asset management has never been more important, and the annual CHAM conference is emerging as the premier forum nationally where asset management issues are being discussed.  OCCH is proud to play a leadership role in support this important convening.
