October 2, 2015 – The Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing Board of Directors recently announced plans to establish the Hal Keller Graduate Scholarship Endowment for Housing and Community Development at The Ohio State University. The OCCH Board will be making a $50,000 contribution to OSU to create an endowment that will use the fund’s annual distribution to provide scholarship support to graduate students who are studying housing and community development.

Robert Weiler, OCCH Board Secretary and Chairman of the Ohio Capital Impact Corporation (OCIC) Philanthropy Committee, announced the plans while stating that he was proud of the work that OCIC does that impacts our communities, benefits our partners, and improves the lives of residents.
The endowment will provide annual scholarships to students pursuing a career in the housing industry. This endowment recognizes Hal’s vision, leadership, and commitment to the affordable housing industry and will help support housing’s future generation.

Congratulations Hal!
