Harbor Town Senior Residence

 

September 23, 2015 - Harbor Town Senior Residence is the first senior tax credit development in Perrysburg, Ohio and the $11 million new construction development brings 69 units in one three-story building to area seniors.  Developed by MV Affordable Housing LLC, and WSOS Community Action Commission, the development features one-and two-bedroom units with accessible and universal design features, energy efficient design, and modern amenities. 

Harbor Town Senior Residence offers on-site management, a community room with kitchenette, computer center, laundry facilities, fitness and theater rooms, community gardens, picnic shelter and outdoor seating areas. Units contain a range, carpet, refrigerator, central air conditioning, garbage disposal, dishwasher, window blinds, kitchen pantry, walk -in closets, linen closets, and a breakfast bar.   MV Residential Property Management will provide service coordination to the residents.

Harbor Town Senior Residences was developed using a combination of Low Income Housing Tax Credits and a Housing Development Loan administered by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency.  The construction loan and Permeant USDA 538 financing was provided by River Hills Bank.  Other funding sources include a predevelopment loan from the Ohio Capital Financing Corporation. Equity investment was provided by Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing.
