2012 Multifamily Finance Funding Announcements
February 9, 2012 – Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) announced the recipients of 2012 low-income housing tax credits (housing credits), 2012 non-credit resources, and the 2013 housing credit forward-committed projects. A list of the projects is available on the KHC website under Housing Production, Multifamily Finance. OCCH congratulates its partners who received funding awards.
KHC will conduct a competitive application round for 2013 housing credits, and applications will be due Monday, April 9, 2012. For eligibility requirements, please review the 2013 Qualified Allocation Plan, also available on the Multifamily Finance page.
KHC has also made available approximately $2 million of HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds and $1 million from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund to projects applying for 2013 housing credits in the April funding round.
