The Ohio Capital Impact Corporation (OCIC) is pleased to announce the release of guidelines and applications for our 2017 grant programming including Carol Mount Peterson Resident Development Fund (RDF) and Place-Based Strategies (PBS).

January 30, 2017 - The Carol Mount Peterson Resident Development Fund (RDF), our program intended to positively impact the lives of our residents, will be celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2017. To commemorate this milestone, we are expanding the reach of RDF to offer another opportunity for funding. In addition to Summer Camp and the RDF General Round to support initiatives impacting residents, we are providing the opportunity for partners to apply for Property Improvement Grants. The Property Improvement Grants will be in the amount of up to $15,000 to assist partners and residents of properties Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) has invested by improving access to specific property improvements. The deadline for submission of Summer Camp applications will be Friday, April 7, 2017. The deadline for RDF General Round and Property Improvement Grants will be Friday, May 5, 2017.

Place-Based Strategies (PBS), our grant program purposed to assist OCCH’s partners in improving and revitalizing communities where we have invested, will also be available in 2017. Partners are eligible to apply for up to $30,000. The deadline for this application is Friday, April 7, 2017.

The guideline and application materials will be released the week of January 30, and can be downloaded from the OCCH website at http://www.occh.org/initiatives/initiatives.html.
