OHFA Annual Owner Reports and Certifications Due March 1, 2012
February 1, 2012 – Annual Owner Reports and Certifications for all of OHFA's multifamily housing programs are due on March 1. Forms and instructions are available for download at www.ohiohome.org/compliance/ownerreport.aspx.
This year, OHFA is asking all tax credit projects to upload the Compliance Tool via a secure website. Details are provided in the 2011 Owner Report instructions.
