(The Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing and its investment and development partners celebrated the addition of 1,056 new or renovated affordable housing units in various areas throughout Ohio and Kentucky in recent months. Through ribbon cutting ceremonies and ground breakings, partners inaugurated several new projects that will provide quality affordable housing and encourage revitalization in neighborhoods.)

Poindexter III, April 5, 2018, ground breaking, 92 units of affordable family housing and 67 market-rate units in Columbus, Franklin County.
