The operation department has three primary functions. It administers the day to day affairs of the corporation including accounting and human relations. It is responsible for the Fund accounting, audits and tax returns as well as the partnership audits and tax returns. Finally, it has the responsibility for gathering and reviewing the due diligence documents and coordinating the partnership closing process.
