Projects

The Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) is an independent, mission-driven nonprofit corporation that works with private and public developers to create affordable housing opportunities based in Columbus, Ohio. Our mission is to cause the construction, rehabilitation and preservation of affordable housing throughout all of Ohio.

Since its inception, OCCH has raised more than $1.4 billion in corporate equity through 17 funds and completed over 375 transactions, creating more than 19,000 units of affordable housing.

The one aspect all of these homes do have in common, however, is that they are a result of a team of partners working to create affordable housing opportunities. We invite you to search our database of projects to see how our partners are creating housing opportunities throughout Ohio.
