Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing is pleased to be able to present the “Homeownership Development Toolbox."

The Toolbox was developed under a cooperative agreement with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. It was prepared with the able assistance of Capital Access, Inc. and its principal, Jeremey Newberg.

The Toolbox contains useful and up-to-date information on the single-family housing development process from initial feasibility planning to sale to a homeowner.

In addition to containing a multitude of sample, editable documents, the toolbox will link you with both local and national web sites via the internet. Web contributors include the Enterprise Foundation, NeighborWorks, and Fannie Mae, to mention only a few.

We hope the Toolbox will be a valuable resource in training staff and expanding your development horizons. We at OCCH look forward to feedback on the usefulness of this toolbox and ways to enhance it.
