Construction Coordinator

The Construction Coordinator will work with the Director of Construction Management and the Construction Manager, as well as a host of outside architect consultants, developer partners and investors. The Construction Coordinator will become familiar with all aspects of the Construction Management Department, working with internal groups including Risk Management, Development, Asset Management and Capital Markets, as well as our lending affiliate, Ohio Capital Finance Corporation. A working knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes, as well as state housing finance agency requirements, will be important.

OCFC Closing Officer

The Closing Officer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of OCFC’s loan closings. The position requires maintaining working relationships with internal stakeholders and external organizations including borrowers; attorneys; title companies; other financial institutions; governmental agencies; vendors; and peers in the field of community development.

OCFC Loan Officer

The Loan officer will be responsible for underwriting, evaluating risks, and producing credit memo for affordable housing and community development real estate loans and solving complex financing, underwriting, and closing issues. Will manage, coordinate, and execute the lending process with all stakeholders (project sponsors, attorneys, internal OCFC/OCCH staff, state/local jurisdictions, etc.) in effort to help transform neighborhoods.
