New Staff Additions

		Tim Prince, Corporate Staff Accountant Mr. Prince joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in April 2019 as a Corporate Staff Accountant. His responsibilities include performing account reconciliations, posting journal entries, and assisting in month end close for corporate entities. He has more than 20 years’ experience in mortgage servicing and most recently worked as an Investor Reporting and Accounting manager at Huntington National Bank and as a Senior Accountant in Operations at Nationwide Bank. Mr. Prince has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Franklin University.

		Michelle Woodmansee, Vice President, Community Development Lending Ms. Woodmansee joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing in 2019 as a Vice President of Community Development Lending at Ohio Finance Capital Corporation (OCFC), the lending arm of the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing. Her responsibilities include providing capital to affordable housing developers and community development projects in an effort to help transform neighborhoods. Prior to joining OCCH, Ms. Woodmansee worked in in LIHTC syndication for National Affordable Housing Trust for over 17 years. While there, her roles included financial structuring, underwriting, fund structuring, originations, and developing modeling for Opportunity Zone transactions. Ms. Woodmansee earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (finance) from the Ohio State University and also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University.
