Catherine Cawthon is President and CEO of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing. Catherine comes to OCCH from Fifth Third Community Development Corporation where she served as President. The Fifth Third CDC invests in community projects that support affordable housing, economic revitalization and stabilization as well as job creation. The CDC’s portfolio includes low-income housing, historic and new market tax credit projects as well as investments to CDFI’s. Under her leadership, Fifth Third CDC has invested over $4.5 billion in more than five hundred projects. Catherine was responsible for business development, origination and asset management functions for the bank.
Catherine has served on boards including Affordable Housing Investor Council, United Way, Local Initiatives Support Corporation and the Ohio Community Development Finance Fund. Currently, Catherine serves on the Ohio Housing Council and Council for Rural Housing in Ohio’s Advisory Board and Chairs the Joint Columbus and Franklin County Housing Advisory Board.

Mr. DiBlasi joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in 2003 and currently serves as EVP, Operations and Asset Management. In this capacity, he is responsible for the strategic direction of OCCH’s Asset Management, Operations and Information Technology Departments. Prior to joining OCCH, Mr. DiBlasi worked eight years in the affordable housing industry where he assumed many roles for National Church Residences, a nationwide provider of affordable housing and supportive services. Mr. DiBlasi is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), a Certified Housing Asset Manager (CHAM), a Certified Nonprofit Housing Management Specialist (NHMS), and Fair Housing Compliance (FHC) certified. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science/International Relations from Ohio University.

Mr. Hartranft joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in December 2013. He currently serves as EVP, Legal Services and General Counsel. In this role, he oversees the Legal Services Department including the equity investment closing process as well as supporting the organization on legal matters. Mr. Hartranft served as EVP, Risk Management and General Counsel from 2020 until 2023 leading the Risk Management Department and as Corporate Counsel for OCCH from 2013 until 2020 as a member of the Fund Management Department. Mr. Hartranft started his legal career in the corporate department of the law firm of Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur LLP. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio and graduated from Capital University Law School.

Mr. Langmeyer joined OCCH as a Vice President of Development in September 2001 and in October 2020 was promoted to Executive Vice President of Development. In this role he manages a team of originators as well as his own portfolio of projects. Brian consults with non-profit and for-profit developers to assist them in all aspects of structuring and underwriting financing for affordable housing developments. Brian has experience investing in a variety of tax credit developments, including: family, senior, permanent supportive housing, rural development, Section 8, and FHA insured projects. Prior to joining OCCH, Brian was a Vice President with Banc One Community Development Corporation. His responsibilities included developing relationships with LIHTC developers, underwriting tax credit projects, presenting deals to the banks investment committee, and closing partnerships. From 1993 to 1997, Brian worked for Bank One’s Columbus corporate banking division as a Loan Officer. He has a Master’s Degree from The University of Dayton and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Ms. Mullaney joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in December 2006 as Vice President, Finance. She is responsible for all financial accounting and reporting for Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing and affiliates. This includes quarterly investor reporting and the annual audit and tax return reviews. She also oversees the partnership cash reserves, equity payment processing and provides technical tax and accounting assistance to other departments. Prior to joining OCCH, Ms. Mullaney was the Chief Financial Officer at Community Properties of Ohio Management Services (CPO), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ohio Capital Corporation. Prior to CPO, she worked for Larry C. Stemen, CPA and Associates as an Audit Manager specializing in HUD and LIHTC audits and cost certifications. Jennifer Seamons joins Ohio Capital in January 2021 as the Executive Vice President of Capital Markets. Jennifer comes to OCCH from KeyBank where she served as Senior Vice President and National Originations Manager of Key Community Development Corporation. In this position, she was responsible for leading origination efforts of low income housing tax credits, new markets tax credits and historic tax credits through both direct investment as well as syndicator platforms throughout KeyCorp’s 15 state footprint to support Key’s Community Reinvestment Act investment efforts.
Jennifer joined KeyBank in 2000 and her background in banking includes experience in branch operations, commercial underwriting, along with community development lending. She brings financial expertise, counsel, and customized solutions to help organizations reach their complex goals. Jennifer has a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Boise State University and a Master’s Degree in Accounting at Boise State University.
Jennifer’s passion and commitment to her community is evident in her active participation in her community. She has served as President of the Affordable Housing Investors Council, Board Member of NewWest Community Capital, Board Member of the Boise State University Foundation and Board Commissioner of the Boise City/Ada County Housing Authority.

Jonathan Welty, Executive Vice President, joined the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in 2000 and serves in several different capacities within OCCH. Mr. Welty is the Investor Relations contact for OCCH where he is responsible for establishing and closing the Ohio Equity Funds as well as assisting the investors in all aspects of the due diligence and closing process. Since 2010, Mr. Welty has been President of the Ohio Capital Finance Corporation, an affiliate of OCCH, and a certified CDFI entity, where he directs the activities of the collective $140M+ of loan capital dedicated to affordable housing lending. He was instrumental in the creation, development and implementation of 5 loan funds which have provided over $700M of capital to over 675 borrowers. From 2002-2018, Mr. Welty also directed the Year 15 disposition strategies for OCCH and provided technical assistance to various partners in understanding and developing disposition plans. Prior to joining OCCH, he worked for the Banc One Community Development Corporation (nka JPMorgan Capital) where he was actively involved in the originating, underwriting and closing of equity and debt transactions. Mr. Welty serves as a Member Director on the Board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, as the Secretary/Treasurer and Board Member for the Community Development Collaborative of Greater Columbus, is a Trustee of the Community Shelter Board, and a member of the Columbus and Franklin County Continuum of Care and the Ohio Preservation Compact. Mr. Chad Ketler has been with Community Properties of Ohio since its inception in April 2003. He is currently President & CEO of Community Properties of Ohio Management Services (CPO Management), an affiliate of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH). CPO Management began as a $133 million preservation initiative, consisting of 250 buildings and 1,385 scattered-site units in seven inner city neighborhoods. This effort sought to create neighborhood stability and a climate of revitalization through housing renovation and effective management. Mr. Ketler is responsible for directing all facets of the organization including financial management, operations and business development. He also serves as the President & CEO of the 501(c)(3), Community Properties Impact Corporation (CPO Impact) and plays a key role in maintaining the mission-driven focus of the organization.
Mr. Ketler serves on the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Compliance Advisory Committee. He is an active member of the CAA (Columbus Apartment Association), represents CPO nationally through NAHMA (National Affordable Housing Management Association), and is the former President of MAHMA (Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association).

Ms. Abdella joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in May 2019 as a project coordinator and currently serves as an Asset Manager. In this capacity, she is a primary relationship manager for a portfolio of LIHTC projects, interfacing with general partners, investors, management agents and other important stakeholders. She evaluates financial information quarterly, conducts physical inspection of assets, and monitors regulatory risk to protect investors’ interests. She conducts in-depth financial analysis to identify project and portfolio trends and works with partners and stakeholders to resolve issues with any under-performing assets. Prior to joining OCCH, Ms. Abdella spent several years in bank management and as a paralegal in real estate law. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Miami University.

Ms. Alecusan joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in January 2023 and currently serves as the Director of Grants and CDFI Compliance for Ohio Capital Finance Corporation (OCFC), the lending arm of OCCH. She is responsible for concept development, researching, writing and submission of funding opportunities and managing the compliance of funded awards. Prior to joining OCCH, Ms. Alecusan served as the Housing Strategy Lead for Ohio at CareSource where she led the development and implementation of the housing strategy for CareSource’s 1+ million Ohio Medicaid members. Previously Ms. Alecusan served as the Program and Policy Manager for the Ohio Housing Finance Agency where she oversaw the development of program policies and guidelines for the multifamily development programs administered by the office, including the Qualified Allocation Plan, gap financing guidelines, underwriting guidelines, and design and architectural standards. She has also spent time in several roles with the Ohio Department of Development and as an urban planning consultant. Ms. Alecusan received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Ms. Anderson joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing in 2017 working with the Ohio Homeowner Assistance, the fiscal agent to the Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s Hardest Hit Fund/Save the Dream program. As Program Specialist, she assists in the recording and reporting of all aspects of the program that administers the disbursement of more than $760 million in Hardest Hit Funds. Prior to joining OCCH full time, Ms. Anderson worked as the assistant to the Dean of Student Learning & Engagement at Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she managed numerous calendars, coordinated travel, prepared expense reports and supervised student workers. She served as the executive assistant for a real estate/developer company in the Cleveland area for more than twenty years and previously worked at Target Corporation. Ms. Anderson has lived and worked in Hawaii, New York, Massachusetts, Florida and Texas.

Mr. Butler joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in January 2008 as an intern with the Acquisitions department while working on his Masters at the Ohio State University, and in June 2009, upon the completion of his Masters, joined the Finance staff in Reserves Processing. During his time as a development intern, Mr. Butler helped package and prepare LIHTC applications and Federal Home Loan Bank AHP applications. His responsibilities as the Reserves Processor included processing reserve withdrawal requests for OCCH partners and establishing and monitoring property reserve accounts with partner banks. In 2013, he joined Asset Management as a Compliance Coordinator where he tracked leasing activity and credit delivery while also monitoring regulatory compliance. In 2019, he transitioned into a role with training and development under the Asset Management Department as the e-Learning Strategist and Multimedia Designer where he produced and maintained e-learning content, created graphics for events and promotional materials, and designed the company PR blasts. He was promoted in 2022 to the LMS Platform Manager & Senior e-Learning Developer, where he is responsible for overseeing the development and sustainability of the LMS platform used by customers and subscribers of the Affordable Housing Training Academy and producing instructional materials, e-learning courses, and creative content to drive the success of the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Bowling Green State University and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Dant joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing in 2019 as an Asset Manager. In this capacity Mr. Dant serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of properties, is responsible for reviewing project budgets, assisting with preparation of quarterly financial reports to investors, performing physical property inspections, and reviewing compliance documentation. Pleurat Dreshaj joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in November 2020 as an Underwriting Analyst and was promoted to Development Officer in February 2021. Prior to joining OCCH, Pleurat was the Assistant Director of Real Estate Development at CHN Housing Partners bringing more than seven years of affordable housing development experience. During his time as a developer, Pleurat gained expertise in leading multifamily new construction and rehab projects, including historic tax credits and renovation of occupied buildings, as well as a deep understanding in navigating HUD regulations, LIHTC financing structures, and many other public funding programs. Pleurat has been a member of the Ohio Bar since 2011 and worked at the Office of the Public Defender in Cuyahoga County while completing his JD at Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Pleurat also holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Case Western Reserve University.

In this position, he is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization’s technical infrastructure, with a specific focus on managing Office 365. He manages the daily operations of the Helpdesk, ensuring that the organization’s technical needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. He is responsible for the administration, maintenance, security and troubleshooting of the Office 365 environment, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. Eric Klipfer joined Ohio Capital in January 2021 as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. Eric comes to OCCH from RBC Community Investments, LLC where he served as Vice President of Alternative Products. In this position, he was responsible for leading efforts of RBC’s new markets tax credits, state tax credit and historic tax credits. In addition, Eric reviewed LIHTC underwriting models and prepared upper-tier benefit schedules for investors. Eric joined RBC in 2007 and his background includes public accounting and extensive tax credit experience. He brings financial, tax and accounting expertise. Mr. Lewis joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in March 2005 as an Asset Manager. Two years later, he was named the Director of Construction Management. As Director of Construction Management, he is responsible for managing all aspects of the Construction Management Department including the contracting, oversight, training, and coordination of over 30 consulting architectural firms who perform third-party construction monitoring services in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Lewis’ responsibilities include construction risk mitigation, the development of departmental policies and procedures, construction standards, construction monitoring processes, issue tracking and resolution, reviewing plans during the application and development stages, reviewing contracts as part of the closing process, managing third-party service contracts, evaluating budgets, reviewing draws and change orders, ensuring schedule and budgetary compliance, and assisting Asset Management and Partners in resolving construction and capital needs issues. Before joining OCCH, Mr. Lewis served as the Director of Property Assets at National Church Residences, and prior to that position as Portfolio Director over 94 properties with National Church Residences. Mr. Lewis, an Upper Arlington resident, is a past president of the Upper Arlington Civic Association. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing a team of asset managers, as well as asset managing his own portfolio of properties. Beth joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in 2001 as a graduate student intern and was hired full-time as a Development Analyst in 2002. Now as Vice President of Development, she provides financial structuring services, underwriting analysis and technical assistance to government, non-profit and for-profit partners utilizing the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. Beth has experience underwriting and structuring a variety of project types, including family, senior and special needs properties in rural, urban and suburban areas of Ohio and surrounding states. Over the last ten years, she has become an expert in structuring and underwriting Permanent Supportive Housing developments to best serve vulnerable populations. In addition, Beth has experience working with projects utilizing HUD secured financing, Rural Development programs, tax-exempt bond financing and other gap financing programs. She serves on the Ohio Community Development Corporation Association (Ohio CDC) Board of Directors and is an active volunteer with several local service agencies. Beth has a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Philosophy from the Western College Program at Miami University.

She is responsible for the management of public relations, media communications, and events (including The Ohio Housing Conference) for OCCH and their affiliates. She was promoted to Vice President of Fund Management in July of 2015, Director of Underwriting in December of 2018 and as of November 2022, Transaction Counsel in OCCH’s newly formed Legal Services Department. Mrs. Monroe is responsible for maintaining all lower tier financial projections integrity and conformance to the lower tier transaction documents, getting internal equity approvals for new equity investments in OCCH’s multi-investor and proprietary investor housing tax credit funds, equity disbursements and OHFA HDL closings. Prior to joining OCCH, Mrs. Monroe was a consultant for developers of affordable housing. She also worked as a Vice President Project Manager at Column Capital, Credit Suisse for three years and as Vice President of Underwriting at Paramount Financial Group, GMAC Financial for six years. Her responsibilities were underwriting, obtaining approvals, and closing LIHTC properties. Mr. Murphy joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in 2019 as Vice President of Community Development Lending and currently serves as Vice President at Ohio Finance Capital Corporation (OCFC), the CDFI lending arm of the OCCH. He is responsible for helping to oversee OCFC’s lending process, including loan origination, pricing, underwriting, assisting with raising capital, and managing OCFC’s various neighborhood development initiatives. Working collaboratively, these efforts help advance OCFC’s goal of providing flexible capital for the expansion and preservation of affordable housing and community development. Prior to joining OCCH, Mr. Murphy served for over six years at the Affordable Housing Trust for Columbus and Franklin County (AHT) and the Community Development Collaborative of Greater Columbus (Collaborative). During his tenure, he served as both Loan Manager for AHT and Program Manager for the Collaborative. As Loan Manager, his roles included origination, underwriting, loan servicing and portfolio management. As Program Manager, he administered the capacity building grant program and provided technical assistance to Community Development Corporations. Dan Scheinman joined Ohio Capital Corporation in January 2019 as a Development Intern. He worked in this position for 20 months before being promoted to Business Analyst in August 2020. In March 2021, he was promoted to Underwriting Analyst. Prior to joining OCCH, Dan interned for Ohio Housing Finance Agency and Northwell Health. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The Ohio State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2020. While at Ohio State, he also earned minors in political science and public policy and was designated as a politics, society and law scholar. Dan was also named an Emerging Leader in Affordable Housing by the National Housing Council. In his current capacity, Dan contributes to the risk management team as well as the Ohio Capital Impact Corporation. He currently administers both the Residential Impact Emergency Fund and the CareSource Digital Inclusion Fund. As an underwriter, Dan analyzes the feasibility of potential tax credit projects to ensure their viability for investors. Prior to his work at SB Friedman, Mr. Schmitt was the Research and Policy Analyst at the Institute for Housing Studies (IHS) at DePaul University, where he provided research and policy analysis and technical assistance to IHS and its non-profit partners and clients. Mr. Schmitt holds a Master’s of Urban Planning and Policy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor’s of Urban Planning degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Mrs. Stickel joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in April 2020 and currently serves as the Operations/Portfolio Administrator for Ohio Capital Finance Corporation (OCFC), the lending arm of OCCH. She is responsible for overseeing the OCFC loan portfolio including fund disbursement and construction draw administration. Mrs. Stickel works collaboratively with the OCFC team in regard to the affordable housing and community development lending platform. Functioning collaboratively, Mrs. Stickel assists in evaluating lending risks while developing solutions to finance, underwriting, and closing issues. In addition, she assists with coordination and execution of the lending process with all stakeholders (project sponsors, investors, attorneys, 3rd party consultants, internal staff as well as state and local jurisdictions) to help transform neighborhoods. Prior to joining OCCH, Mrs. Stickel spent several years as the Equity Administrator for The National Affordable Housing Trust (NAHT). Mr. Teran joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing in 2014 as a Vice President of Fund Management. After, he assumed the role of Vice President at Ohio Capital Finance Corporation (OCFC), the lending arm of the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, where he was instrumental in securing multiple CMF awards and in the creation of the South Side Renaissance Fund to expand affordable housing in Columbus. More recently, he was promoted to the role of Vice President of Dispositions. His responsibilities include managing the dispositions platform at OCCH, negotiating the disposition of assets at the end of the compliance period, and unwinding the investment funds. Prior to joining OCCH, Mr. Teran worked in finance, economic development, and real estate for many years for institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, and Wachovia in the New York, and South Florida markets. Since relocating to Central Ohio, Mr. Teran has worked in roles focused on commercial lending, economic development, capital markets, real estate development, and asset management. Mr. Teran earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Florida International University. He also holds a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University, where he focused on real estate and economic development, and a Master’s in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, where he focused on finance and real estate.

Ms. Thelen joined OCCH in October 2011 and serves as the Reserves Specialist by processing reserve withdrawal requests for OCCH partners and monitoring operating, replacement, pledged, and lease-up accounts. She also serves as Program Manager for the Ohio Homeowner Assistance II (OHA II), a subsidiary of OCCH. In her position, Ms. Thelen administers the disbursement of more than $280 million in The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Funds. These funds were awarded by the U.S. Treasury to the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) to help address mortgage delinquencies and prevent foreclosures in Ohio due to COVID-19.

Ms. Tillis joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in 2000 as an Asset Manager. In 2017, she was promoted to Vice President, Asset Management. In this capacity, she is responsible for a team of asset managers assuring compliance with the rules and regulations of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, including monitoring overall property performance including marketing, maintenance and fair housing; reviewing tenant files for compliance; oversight for financial reporting; and property management. Ms. Tillis’ portfolio consists of 65+ projects located throughout the states of Ohio and Kentucky that have been developed with a variety of funding sources, including HUD, HOPE VI, USDA Rural Development and bond financing. She also is a trainer for the Basic Marketing class, offered to OCCH’s partners and CHDO organizations throughout the state. Her housing experience totals 33 years and she has gained numerous designations including; Certified Property Manager®, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Housing Credit Certified Professional, Specialist in Housing Credit Management, Fair Housing Coordinator, RD S.T.A.R. and she is also a Certified Home Inspector. Ms. Tillis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Rio Grande, Rio Grande, Ohio. She is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Currently, Lori is serving on the International Management Board. She is the 2006 and 2012 past president for IREM’s Columbus Chapter 42, 2013-2014 Past Regional Vice President for Region 6, which includes Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and West Virginia and a past member of the HCCP Board of Governors. She is also an active member of the National Association of Realtors and is serving on the Federal Housing and Finance Committee.

Mr. Tynan joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in 2012 and currently serves as Senior Asset Manager. In this capacity, Mr. Tynan ensures regulatory compliance and monitors overall property performance, including auditing financial reports, performing physical property inspections, and reviewing tenant files. Prior to joining OCCH, Mr. Tynan performed market and valuation analysis for low-income housing tax credit properties for Novogradac & Company. Mr. Tynan was a data administrator at Action for Children where he managed the billing process for the Early Learning Initiatives Program. Mr. Tynan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Ohio University and his Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts. Mr. Tynan holds the following designations: Certified Property Manager® (CPM), Certified Housing Asset Manager (CHAM), and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP). He serves as President Elect for the IREM Columbus Chapter, and he also serves on several national advisory boards for IREM.

Mr. Vivona joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in 2020 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Director of Asset Management. In this capacity, he is responsible for oversight of the Asset Management Department and leads a team of asset management professionals responsible for 600 properties. Mr. Vivona has 25 years of experience in the affordable housing industry and has held senior-level positions in asset management, development, investor relations and originations with several prominent for-profit and not-for-profit affordable housing organizations. Mr. Vivona holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics from Nazareth College of Rochester and an Executive Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business.

Patrick joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing in April 2022 as an Underwriting Analyst in the Risk Management department. Patrick comes to OCCH from RBC Community Investments, LLC where he served as an Investment Associate. In this position, he was responsible for underwriting and closing affordable housing projects. Patrick’s background includes extensive LIHTC underwriting experience as well as commercial real estate. Patrick earned his BS in Finance from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Mr. Wemer joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in August 2022 as the Corporate Accounting Manager. He is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of OCCH and Ohio Capital Impact Corporation’s financial statements. He has over 15 years’ property management experience including 8 years with tax credit properties. Mr. Wemer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Wilbur joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in April 2019, and currently serves as an Underwriting Analyst. He analyzes the feasibility of potential tax credit projects to ensure their viability for investors, in addition to assisting our development partners in submitting their tax credit applications. Mr. Wilbur has worked in both the private and public sectors, coming to OCCH from Hocking Athens Perry Community Action, where he worked with youth in the workforce development and employment services areas. He stays involved in the community, actively serving on the board of directors for organizations like Ethiopian Tewahedo Social Services (ETSS), Rebatissons Community Development, and Horizon Prison Initiative. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Economics, & History from Ohio University, and is currently working to obtain his MBA from Ohio University.
