The deadline for Ohio’s competitive 9% application is February 13, 2020. In anticipation of that deadline, OHFA has released new documentation.

The draft 2020 Multifamily Underwriting Guidelines are located here: Guidelines, Applications and Forms. 

In addition, OHFA released an Average Income Policy. The document may be updated as the IRS provides additional guidance (Compliance Policies).

OHFA has provided answers to questions submitted in relation to the application round (Housing Tax Credit Program). Their FAQ document will be updated throughout the application period, and questions will be accepted through January 17, 2020. Submit questions to QAP@ohiohome.org.

Finally, we wanted to remind all Community Housing Development Organizations that the deadline for the submission of CHDO Certification is October 31.
