OCCH was pleased to invest $10 million into the development of Proctor’s Landing, a senior community in Ohio’s southernmost tip in the heart of Appalachia. This unique housing model creates, manages and centralizes individualized health and wellness plans by linking residents to a dedicated coach who manages their physical and behavioral health, supportive services, personal enrichment and socialization needs. This 360-degree resident-centered care also provides access to a variety of services, including job training, tax preparation, budgeting, nutrition classes, and field trips.
Proctor’s Landing is a beautiful three-story building featuring an elevator lobby with two elevators, a community room with kitchen, two central laundry rooms, additional tenant storage, bicycle parking area, a fitness center, computer center, and lounge / game room. Proctor’s Landing also provides an outdoor patio with a gardening shed and garden area with raised planter beds to encourage community gardening.
