COVID-19 and OCCH Update
As a result, we are reducing staff working in the office in favor of a preference for work-from-home, beginning March 16 and continuing until at least April 15 in order to reduce in-person contact. However, we are committed to providing our partners with the excellent service you expect. Business is continuing as usual as much as possible.
We are continually evaluating all business risks caused by the virus and will work to prepare, mitigate and communicate as necessary. Just as OCCH has weathered previous economic storms together with our partners, we are certain we have the strength to meet the challenges emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns. We value our partnership and the work we do together.
As a reminder, OCCH provides equity, low-cost, flexible debt and philanthropic support to partners’ projects throughout Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia, with limited presence in Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Indiana. We are also able to help you plan re-syndications, exits and new applications. Our mission is to cause the production, rehabilitation, preservation and management of affordable housing. In this uncertain time, please give us a call if there is anything with which we can help.
Please take care of yourselves and one another.
