Happy 17th Anniversary to Community Properties of Ohio (CPO), our OCCH property management affiliate! In April 2003, under the leadership of Hal Keller and Isabel Toth, OCCH launched an acquisition and rehabilitation project centered near downtown Columbus, and created CPO to implement a six-year rehabilitation initiative to renovate the housing portfolio. Those early efforts transformed not only the properties, but also paved the way for additional development and reinvestment in urban neighborhoods, solidifying the relationships CPO has with their residents and their communities. CPO continues to be committed to leveraging affordable housing as a platform from which individuals and families can build stability and thrive. CPO Management and their supportive services affiliate, CPO Impact, go beyond traditional property management in providing innovative resident programs to promote long-term goals and self-sufficiency for residents. Today, with more than 3,000 units under management, CPO maintains a well-earned reputation as a leader in providing quality, affordable housing that its residents are proud to call home. Congratulations to the CPO and OCCH staff who remain committed to our mission, vision, and values, and to our partners who provide inspirational and financial support.
