OCCH is Proud to Recognize the Following New Hires:
Frank Boggs

Frank Boggs, Fund Accountant

Frank Boggs joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing in June 2021 as a staff accountant. His responsibilities include maintaining the accounting for several equity funds and reviewing audited financial statements, cost certifications and tax returns. He is also responsible for preparing quarterly investor benefit schedules and other financial information for his respective funds. Prior to joining OCCH, Frank was a senior audit associate at Tidwell Group. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Capital University. Welcome Frank!


Granville Harris

Granville Harris, Manager of IT

Granville Harris joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing in June 2021 and currently serves as Manager of IT. In this capacity, he is responsible for the strategic direction, service delivery, support, and managing cost of OCCH’s Technology Operations. Prior to joining OCCH, Granville had worked for the City of Upper Arlington as the Information Technology Director, IBM as a Systems Services Manager, and a Regional Manager of IT for Columbia Gas. Granville has 25 years of experience in the IT industry with a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from DeVry and a master’s degree in business administration from Franklin University. He has certifications from the National Association for Radio, Telecommunications and Engineers, Certified Government Chief Information Officer Program, and the ITIL Foundation. Welcome Granville!


Tiffany Patterson, Grants Manager

Tiffany Patterson joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing in July 2021 as the GrantsManager. In this role, she is responsible for philanthropic programs and providing grant-related support to partners through the organization’s philanthropic arm, Ohio Capital Impact Corporation. Additionally, Tiffany measures grant outcomes and stewards relationships to further advance impact for resident services. Prior to joining OCCH, Tiffany served as the Grants Manager at the Ohio State Bar Foundation, where she exclusively managed the grantmaking portfolio and database, administration processes, and impact reporting for legal education and justice related grant initiatives. She is a member of PEAK Grantmaking, the Grant Professionals Association and Columbus Young Professionals (CYP). Tiffany is passionate about helping others and volunteers her time to coaching youth sports animal welfare rescues and various efforts through CYP. Welcome Tiffany!


Amber Moody, Compliance Coordinator

Amber Moody joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing in September 2021 and currently serves as a Compliance Coordinator. In this role, she helps to audit tenant files, distribute reports for partners and stakeholders, as well as assist in compiling critical documents for partners. Prior to joining OCCH, she worked as an Auditor and Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Root Insurance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Addiction and Substance Abuse Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Welcome Amber!


Promotions:

Mackenzie Rawlings, Asset Manager

OCCH is pleased to announce the promotion of Mackenzie Rawlings to Asset Manager. Mackenzie joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing in 2017 as a Finance intern, transitioned to Fund Accountant and currently serves as an Asset Manager. In her current role she is the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of LIHTC projects, interfacing with general partners, investors, management agents and other important stakeholders. She evaluates financial information quarterly, conducts physical inspection of assets and monitors for regulatory risk to protect investors’ interests. She also conducts in-depth financial analysis and identifies project and portfolio trends. She has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Ohio State University.


Keith Wilbur, Underwriting Analyst

OCCH is pleased to announce that Keith Wilbur has been promoted to Underwriting Analyst after joining Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing in April 2019. Keith analyzes the feasibility of potential tax credit projects to ensure their viability for investors, in addition to assisting our development partners in submitting their tax credit applications. He has worked in both the private and public sectors, coming to OCCH from Hocking Athens Perry Community Action, where he worked with youth in the workforce development and employment services areas. He stays involved in the community, actively serving on the board of directors for organizations like Ethiopian Tewahedo Social Services (ETSS), Rebatissons Community Development, and Horizon Prison Initiative. Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Economics, & History from Ohio University, and is currently working to obtain his MBA from Ohio University.
