The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) and the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) are proud to sponsor “Conquering Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance” conducted by US Housing Consultants Amanda Lee Gross and Gary Kirkman. Amanda and Gary are nationally renowned trainers who lead informative and entertaining courses.

The training is a two-day course (in-person) specially designed to assist affordable housing professionals in conquering LIHTC compliance. The interactive and engaging sessions use many examples and exercises to ensure thorough comprehension of why LIHTC compliance is important and how to conquer it. This seminar will break down the rules around annual credit calculations, income and rent limits, application processes, working with minimum set-asides, project allocation, income and assets, all of the most important reporting requirements and much more.

·     (Optional HCCP Exam). The HCCP exam is offered separately from the training and is open to anyone who would like to take the HCCP exam.
