We are a partner of choice for our investors, many of whom have been working with us since our inception in 1989. We invest capital—and experience—into helping our partners create affordable housing opportunities and sustainable communities. Since inception, we have deployed $6 billion of investment into affordable housing while serving the needs of investors, developers and residents.

Our equity partners include major financial institutions who invest in our multi-investor and proprietary investor funds. We have a number of investors who commit a percentage of their equity investment to Ohio Capital Impact Corporation, our affiliate which administers all philanthropic activities that benefit our residents and neighborhoods.
