OCCH awards grants to partners working creatively to improve health and quality of life outcomes for residents of affordable housing communities where OCCH has investments. We are pleased to announce the availability of new funding through the Resident Development Fund. Grants up to $50,000 will be awarded to eligible partner organizations seeking support for initiatives in one of three program areas:

• Educational advancement and workforce training
• Youth empowerment and education
• Senior health and wellness

To receive preliminary feedback on your idea before completing a full application for competitive funding, applicants may submit a brief inquiry using this form. Submit one form for each idea. Do not include supporting documentation unless requested. Idea Submission forms will be accepted through Friday, October 19. Full proposals will be due on Friday, November 2.
