The Account Manager is responsible for underwriting low-income housing tax credit projects, driving deals through the closing process, managing and coordinating Credit Committee memos, and providing in-depth analysis of key diligence items to recommend actions to the Committee and Risk Officer. In this process, the Account Manager performs an unbiased evaluation of transactions, structuring tax credit investments, measuring the risks, and identifying mitigants associated with these transactions.

The Communications Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive communication strategies for OCCH and its affiliates (OCFC, OCIC, and AHTA). This position requires a high degree of autonomy and sound judgment, with the ability to determine when collaboration is necessary and when to proceed independently.

The VP, Development has two primary areas of responsibility. The first is the primary manager of the strategic repositioning of the portfolio of properties managed by Community Properties of Ohio (CPO) where OCCH or an affiliate control the General Partner. This may include dispositions, preservation/rehabilitation transactions carried out by development partners, and potentially acquisitions. The second responsibility is to implement and refine a business development platform that includes consulting, technical assistance, and training, focused on Public Housing conversion. In these roles, the VP, Development works independently but in coordination with other departments and with CPO.

The Closing Officer is responsible for leading closing calls, coordinating with the Account Manager to advance deals through the closing process, managing and coordinating third-party reviews, and ensuring complete and accurate closing binders on each deal. They will also assist in analyzing requirements for ongoing equity installment payments and take on special projects as needed.
