The Seventh Annual Manager and Maintenance Conference Was a Great Success!

April 10, 2019

OCCH was proud to host the 7th annual Manager and Maintenance Conference (known as M2CON) on April 9th-10th in Columbus.  300 registrants were in attendance, representing 40+ different management companies.

Participants enjoyed presentations offered by nationally-recognized speakers, including Dr. Debbie Phillips (The Quadrillion Consulting Group) and Mark Cukro (Service Team Training) covering topics specific to the real life challenges of property managers and service technicians, including communication and personal safety training.  Participants also engaged with a wide range of subject matter experts as they participated in 25-minutes workshops gaining exposure to a wide range of topics.  Evening entertainment included food trucks, a DJ, karaoke and a ‘Family Feud’ gameshow event where managers and service technician ‘families’ competed resulting in a fun-filled evening.

Roy Hall (former OSU football star and founder of the Driven Foundation) closed the conference by offering an inspirational message, reminding manager and service technicians of the critically important role they play and for the impact they have in shaping the lives of the residents being served.

Thanks to all of the participants, speakers and staff who made M2CON 2019 our most successful event ever!
