Ohio Capital Finance Corporation

Ohio Capital Finance Corporation (OCFC) is a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that provides flexible financing products for affordable housing and neighborhood development projects which serve to strengthen low-income communities across our region.

SponsoredLoan Funds

OCFC facilitates and manages loan funds that enable the leveraging of public and private resources for increased impact. Funds can be customized based on specific investor goals, targeted to geographic areas or community initiatives, and may support an expanded scope of project types, such as workforce housing and commercial improvements, consistent with OCFC’s mission. If your organization is interested in learning more about our sponsored loan funds, contact Jonathan Welty at jwelty@occh.org.

DevelopmentServices

OCFC provides development services to assist interested parties, applicants, and borrowers to plan and carry out affordable housing or neighborhood development projects. As needed, OCFC offers this through 1:1 assistance before, during, and after the loan application process, and via the Affordable Housing Training Academy.

Federal Home Loan Bank Programs

As a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (FHLBC), OCFC can access the affordable housing and community development programs offered by FHLBC on behalf of project sponsors (non-profit organizations, for-profit entities, government agencies, or other types of organizations), opening up additional opportunities for project financing.
