OCCH is proud to announce that Lori Tillis, Vice President, Asset Management, has received the prestigious Icon Award from IREM® Columbus! IREM® (Institute of Real Estate Management) is an organization of professionals advancing real estate management through training, professional development, and collaboration.

Lori has been actively involved with both the IREM® Columbus Chapter and IREM® National Chapter for many years throughout her career at OCCH. She has served as the Columbus Chapter president twice and as the IREM® Regional Vice President in 2013 and 2014. She continued her commitment to IREM serving on the national Executive Committee from 2015 to 2019 and serving two years as Senior Vice President. Lori has participated on IREM®’s Federal Housing Advisory Board, the Membership & Credentialing Committee, the Sustainability Advisory Board, the Conference Advisory Board, the International Management Board, and the Governing Council.

“I am humbled to receive this prestigious award from the IREM Columbus Chapter,” said Lori Tillis. “For the past 30+ years IREM has been my professional partner.  Volunteering for IREM both locally and nationally has been a highlight of my career.”

Lori has been a determined champion for affordable housing throughout her 22 years with OCCH and her work in asset management, training, and mentoring. Recognizing the importance of training and development in property management, Lori became involved in the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) credential, sitting on the HCCP Board of Directors for two years through the National Association of Home Builders. Lori currently serves on the Federal Advisory Board for IREM® and the National Association of Realtors Federal Financing and Housing Policy Committee.

We are proud of Lori’s accomplishments and congratulate her on this most deserved honor! We are especially excited that Anthony Tynan, Senior Asset Manager at OCCH and President of the IREM® Columbus Chapter, presented Lori with this meaningful award.
