OCCH was thrilled to end 2022 with a second multi-fund closing. Fund 32B closed with a final investor commitment of $151M. Combined, OCCH reached $447M in total closings through multi and proprietary executions, a new record level of investment! Collectively, these funds will create or preserve approximately 3,500 units of affordable housing for families, seniors, and individuals across Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky.

We could not have achieved this level of success without the continued support of our investors, in whom we are so appreciative! We are grateful to these Investors, including the Impact Investors who commit a percentage of their equity investment to the Ohio Capital Impact Corporation (OCIC). OCIC administers all philanthropic activities that benefit our residents and neighborhoods. We look forward to continuing to support our communities with our partners in 2023.
