OCCH Congratulates the following staff on 2022 and 2023 promotions!

Raymond (Buddy) Butler, LMS Platform Manager/ Senior E-Learning Developer
In this new role, Buddy is responsible for administering the Learning Management System, which is the web-based technology platform underlying the Affordable Housing Training Academy (AHTA).  Buddy ensures content is available and useable on the platform and assists with troubleshooting technical issues with the platform.  He also produces compelling and engaging course content for AHTA by identifying the target audience’s training needs, conducting research necessary to complete the design, and working with subject matter experts to develop course content.  



Nancy Rodgers, Payroll/Employee Benefits Manager and Executive Administrator to the Board
Nancy is responsible for payroll and employee benefits administration and also serves as the administrator for the Board of Directors of OCCH and its subsidiary corporations.



Rhonda Snyder, Manager of Corporate Events and Conferences
Rhonda is responsible for planning and managing national and state-wide events and conferences (including the Ohio Housing Conference) where she negotiates contracts and interfaces with vendors, manages budgets and organizes staff during events.  She assists OCCH’s partners with planning their groundbreaking and grand opening housing events.


Mike Hennessee, Systems Administrator
Mike is responsible for maintaining and optimizing OCCH’s technical infrastructure, with a specific focus on managing Office 365. He manages the daily operations of the Helpdesk, ensuring that the organization's technical needs are met in a timely and efficient manner and is responsible for the administration, maintenance, security and troubleshooting of the Office 365 environment, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.


Kayla Robinson
Kayla Robinson, Communications Manager
Kayla’s responsibilities include planning, developing, implementing, and managing the content and strategies for the social media accounts of OCCH and its affiliates/subsidiaries. Further responsibilities include strategizing effective methods and managing partners’ funding initiatives through OCCH’s philanthropic arm, Ohio Capital Impact Corporation (OCIC).

 

Ashley Castricone, Closing Officer, OCFC
Ashley is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of OCFC’s loan closings. She maintains working relationships with internal stakeholders and external organizations including borrowers; attorneys; title companies; other financial institutions; governmental agencies; vendors; and peers in the field of community development.

 

Jake Heady, Fund Accounting Manager
Jake leads a team of three in the preparation and delivery of investment fund financials, benefit schedules and tax returns.  He also coordinates the annual review of operating property audits and tax returns to ensure that investor deadlines are met.  


Jodi Stickel

Jodi Stickel, Operations/Portfolio Administrator, OCFC
Jodi is responsible for overseeing the OCFC loan portfolio including fund disbursement and construction draw administration. She assists in evaluating lending risks while developing solutions to finance, underwriting, and closing issues.

 

Aaron Murphy, Vice President, OCFC
Aaron is responsible for helping to oversee OCFC’s lending process, including loan origination, pricing, underwriting, assisting with raising capital, and managing OCFC’s various neighborhood development initiatives.
