After 19 years of dedicated service, Mary Kay Meagher will be retiring from Ohio Capital Corporation for
Housing in February.  In her role as Director of Operations and Communications, Mary Kay played a
critical role in a wide array of activities including production of the OCCH Annual Report; design and
updates of the OCCH Website; and managing corporate wide communications.  She was also a critical
contributor in the planning and coordination of the annual Ohio Housing Conference. She served as the
Executive Director of the National Association of State and Local Equity Funds (NASLEF) for several
years.

Mary Kay’s many contributions will be missed, but we wish her and her husband John many years of
happiness as they open the next chapter of their lives.
