OCCH is Proud to Recognize the Following New Hires:

Raymara Reeves, Human Resource Generalist
Raymara joined OCCH as a Human Resources Generalist in February 2022. She is responsible for completing a variety of tasks that support the operations of the Human Resources department. Specifically, focusing on the corporate culture and work environment, assisting with hiring practices, and onboarding employees, and maintaining and ensuring policies and procedures are current and compliant. She has a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Kent State University and a diversity, equity and inclusion certificate from the University of South Florida. Welcome Raymara!

Patrick Weis, Underwriting Analyst
Patrick joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing in April 2022 as an Underwriting Analyst in the Risk Management department. Patrick comes to OCCH from RBC Community Investments, LLC where he served as an Investment Associate. In this position, he was responsible for underwriting and closing affordable housing projects. Patrick’s background includes extensive LIHTC underwriting experience as well as commercial real estate. Patrick earned his BS in Finance from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Michael Robeson, Software Developer
Mr. Robeson joined OCCH in May 2022 as a Software Developer. Previously, he worked for six years as a Software Developer at Continental Message Solutions, where he designed and maintained communications software. Michael will be part of a team of engineers that build and maintain OCCH’s proprietary software, keeping it complaint with the organizations business requirements. He received his degree in Computer Science from DeVry University in 2016. Welcome Michael!
