Now that 2021 is underway and 2020 is behind us, I have high hopes for the new year. While we experienced a year like no other in our lifetime, we have also witnessed the resolve of our partners, who worked tirelessly on behalf of those we serve. We are proud of the hard work, commitment, and empathy provided during an unimaginable time.

As we all know, the pandemic has brought to the forefront new challenges that will test our strength in the future. While I am mindful that the ramifications of the last year will be with us for some time, I am incredibly excited to work with our partners. I remain confident in our ability to face these challenges together, while providing stability and solutions during these difficult times.

With OCCH’s strong history and dedicated partnerships moving forward, we will continue to commit ourselves to supporting both our partners and our communities in creating the quality housing that we have always been known for, while working towards solutions to the issues we will face in the days, months, and years to come.

Having worked in partnership with OCCH for many years, I am excited to have the opportunity to lead a group of innovative professionals so well regarded within our industry. These challenges we face may be unprecedented, but we will move forward together in our common mission to make a difference for future generations.

Be safe and be well,

Catherine
