The 2018 Manager and Maintenance Conference (aka M2CON 2018) held April 18-19 in Columbus was a huge success! Demand for this training has never been higher, with 355 registrants representing a 40% increase from last year. Designed for front-line site managers and maintenance technicians, this conferenced offered 14 workshop sessions in addition to lecture-based training across two training tracks: the first designed for site managers and the second designed for maintenance technicians. The management track covered topics including personal safety; improved communication skills; disaster planning and fair housing. The maintenance track covered electrical fundamentals and appliance troubleshooting, in addition to innovations with blacktop repair; techniques for concrete repair and writing an effective scope of work.
